Are you ready for Lebanon’s newest fried chicken spot?
Leave your diets at home people, because you’re going to cheat on them.
This popular Louisiana-based restaurant known for its ONE LOVE® quality chicken finger meals, Raising Cane’s, has arrived to Lebanon. Where? The Spot Choueifat, which is literally 15 minutes away from central Beirut.
The Raising Cane’s Lebanon branch has all the components the chain is famous for… Great quality fried chicken, friendly staff, good hygiene, and awesome prices, all set in a casual laid-back location.
Raising Cane’s has only one thing on the menu: fried chicken fingers (with its yummy side orders!)
Fried chicken lovers can finally rejoice!
Those golden fried delights are made with premium chicken breast (not frozen) marinated for 24 hours before being hand-battered and breaded with flour, special seasonings, [and love] and then fried.
The secret sauce offered with these scrumptious crispy chicken fingers is, well, a secret. That’s another secret sauce that’s impossible to disclose on the blog!
We ordered at the counter and when our food was ready, we’re buzzed to collect it.
So what did we try at Raising Cane’s? Here are some fried chicken combos you’ll love!
First off, I am IN LOVE with the presentation.
T and I sampled the Sandwich Combo (13,000 LBP) – basically chicken fingers and Raising Cane’s secret sauce in a soft cornmeal crusted bun, which is served with crinkle-cut fries and a drink (fresh lemonade, sweet tea, or soda). I absolutely loved this sandwich!
I would also recommend the “most popular” Box Combo on Raising Cane’s menu. This combo offers 4 crunchy fried chicken fingers, crinkle-cut fries, Raising Cane’s special dip, warm Texas toast, coleslaw (let’s sneak in some veggies), and a drink to wash it all down. All that for only 13,250 LBP!
By the way, I must disclose that the thick-sliced Texas toast lightly brushed with garlic butter before being grilled to perfection is….*catches breath*….. out-of-this-world good!
How about dessert?
No dessert here folks! Honestly though, I wouldn’t want to change the taste of that delicious golden fried chicken.
Final Verdict?
Why are you still here? Go to Choueifat!
Seriously though, give them a try and let me know what you think! 🙂
