I was invited to Roadster Diner at Restos St Nicolas in Ashrafieh to be the first among other Lebanese food influencers to try the newest burger on their menu, Burger X.
A word play on the newest iPhone X to hit the market, the new Burger X has made its way into the menu at Lebanon’s renowned favourite restaurant chain, Roadster Diner.
Just like Roadster’s lip-smackingly delicious “Black Burger” that took the country by storm a few years back, Burger X will only be on the menu for a limited time. So make sure to visit soon to try it out for yourself!
I loved the new bun, which is the its-so-fluffy-Im-gonna-die kind of fluffy. Kind of like you’re eating a cloud. That’s always a good thing. We like fluffy.
The X-stamped bun merges with the meat and other ingredients beautifully making it love at first bite.
Here’s a breakdown of Burger X ’s contents:
- Black Angus Beef
- Cheese
- Lettuce
- Tomato
- Secret Sauce with the “Secret Ingredient”
My only suggestion for improvement though would be to tone down the garlic in the sauce. I love garlic, but it was a tad strong.
However, I couldn’t figure out what the secret ingredient was! Roadster Diner will reveal the secret ingredient by the end of the week. They’re such a tease.
Let me know if you figure it out before they announce the secret!
All in all, Burger X is definitely one of my new favourite burgers. Moreover, as I was with the black burger, I’m a bit disappointed that it’s a special edition burger! Roadster Diner, this one’s a keeper! 😉
